[Fight Scene Friday] DADDY ISSUES - Anime Style Action Comedy

It's Fight Scene Friday™, and this week's scene is a collaboration between Lorenz Hideyoshi and the Team Red Pro crew! This is an anime-influenced fight scene, mixed with that Hong Kong style. Check it out, this fight scene rocks!

[Fight Scene Friday] "SCRAP!" TARELL vs ROBIN (test fight)

This week's Fight Scene Friday™ scene is a test fight between Tarell Kota Bullock and Robin Calvo! This is a Team Red Pro joint, so you know it's good! Really nice choreography by Tarell Kota Bullock, with both fighters killing it with their performances. Good use of music, too (a bit of a language warning, this is a classic M.O.P. song, and they go hard). Check it out!

[Fight Scene Friday] Dude, Not My Car! (Brandon Lee vs Steven Ebora) Action Comedy Short

It's Fight Scene Friday™, and this week's scene comes from the Team Red Pro crew! It stars Brandon Lee, Steven Ebora, and Daniel Son. This scene was directed and choreographed by Joseph Le, with additional choreography by Brandon Lee, Steven Ebora, and Jackie Tran. The action in this one is fast and furious! Check it out!

[Fight Scene Friday] The Three Shaolin Stooges - "The Last Slice"

It's Friday, and that means pizza and a Fight Scene Friday™ post! This week's scene is from the Team Red Pro crew, and is inspired by Jackie Chan and the Three Stooges! I am a fan of both, so you know I enjoyed this one! Check it out! (I'm a Shemp guy, by the way.)

[Fight Scene Friday] Twisting Tiger (Martial Arts Hood Drama) 2022

It's Fight Scene Friday™, and this week I'm sharing a short film done by the Team Red Pro crew. Twisting Tiger is finally out, and man, this is really good! If you remember, I posted the first five minutes of this short film a few months ago, and the full thing is already out on YouTube. I think it came out great! Not only is Joseph Le the director and action director, but the Martial Club crew is involved as well! Tarell Kota Bullock plays the main character, and he really gets to show off his prodigious martial arts skill. Enough of my yammering, just check it out!

[Fight Scene Friday] - Mulan: An East Side Story [Gangster Reboot]

It's Fight Scene Friday™! This week's scene is a short film done by the Team Red Pro crew called Mulan: An East Side Story! This is their version of Mulan, set in the modern day. Not going to lie, I would watch the heck out of this, if it was a series or a movie! This short was directed by Joseph Le, and it stars Jackie Kim (as Mulan), Leroy Nguyen (as Lefty/the big boss), Travis Davis (as Jackson/Righty), and Smitty Chai (as Smitty).

When I first saw this, I was blown away that Leroy Nguyen was in this! I was even more surprised to hear and see him singing! I am a huge fan of his fight scenes, so it was a pleasant surprise! Jackie Kim as Mulan is so cool, and I hope she is in more action film roles in the future. She is an awesome kicker! Without further ado, check out the video!

Here are the bloopers/behind the scenes if you want to see how much went into the making of this!

[Fight Scene Friday!] Jay vs Tarell - Kung Fu Practice Fight

On Fridays I will be sharing my favorite fight scenes and short films. For the first Fight Scene Friday™, check out this practice fight from the Team Red Pro crew! I like the choreography a lot in this, and of course, the music amps up the action. I can't explain to you the rush I felt when I first heard 'Mystikal Fever' during the final fight scene in Kiss Of The Dragon when I watched it in the movie theater. Anyways, this fight scene is so good! Jay Kwon and Tarell Kota Bullock have some serious skills, and the choreography by Kwon, Bullock, and Jerry Quill rules! Check it out!
